1. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in the Launch-Ready Coach: Refine Your Offer, Boost Conversions eCourse, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the enrollment.

2. Course Access

• Unlimited Access Window: The eCourse is available for a unlimited access period as specified at the time of purchase unless terms and conditions are violated. 
• Upgrades: If you choose to upgrade to the 1:1 Offer Development Coaching Session or any other available upgrade options, you will retain access to the course materials and receive the additional support as described.

3. Payments

• Pricing: The price for the eCourse is as advertised at the time of your purchase. All payments must be made in full before access to the eCourse is granted.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this eCourse, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. All sales are final.

4. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All materials provided in the eCourse, including videos, workbooks, templates, and other resources, are the intellectual property of the course creator, Angela Naumann. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form without prior written permission. 
• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the eCourse materials for the duration of the course. This license is for individual use only.
