TERMS: Terms and conditions of No-Fail Black Friday Program

1. Payment & Pricing

• Early Bird Pricing: Early bird pricing is available for the first 48 hours after the workshop launch. After the 48-hour window, the price will increase to the standard rate.
• VIP Pricing: VIP pricing includes additional benefits such as a 1:1 session, Voxer support, and post-launch debrief. VIP spots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this workshop, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is received. If you are unable to attend the live sessions, recordings will be provided.

3. Workshop Delivery

• The workshop will be conducted live via Zoom in two 90-minute sessions.
• Session links and resources will be provided via email prior to each session.
• In the event of technical issues or scheduling changes, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

4. VIP Access

• VIP participants will receive additional benefits, including a 1:1 post-workshop session and Voxer support during the Black Friday launch period.
• VIP spots are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Voxer support is available only during the Black Friday launch period and will end after the post-launch debrief session.

5. Recordings & Materials

• Workshop sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants for one year. Recordings are intended for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
• Worksheets, templates, and other resources provided during the workshop are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission. 

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the workshop, you acknowledge that your results may vary depending on your level of effort, engagement, and implementation of the strategies taught. No specific income or sales results are guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided in The One with the No-Fail Black Friday Plan, including recordings, templates, worksheets, and workshop materials, is the intellectual property of Angela Naumann Coaching and is protected by copyright laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content outside the scope of personal use without written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all interactions, including during live sessions and in any communications with the workshop facilitator or other participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

9. Changes to the Workshop

Angela Naumann Coaching reserves the right to make changes to the workshop content, schedule, and pricing as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
